A CLOSE FRIEND IS KIDNAPPED – Final Fantasy X – FF10 – Part 7

We start off back in Kilika woods and we’re setting sail for Luca to take part in the big Blitzball tournament. Aboard the ship we have a flashback of our father and learn a new blitzball move called the Jecht Shot. We also overhear Lulu and Wakka talking about us becoming a guardian for Yuna.

Arriving at Luca we get to see Maester Mika and the newly appointed Maester Seymour for the first time. Then we’re told Auron is in a cafe nearby so we go off to find him.

In the cafe Kimahri gets into some trouble with some fellow Ronsos from his old tribe. Before we can get it sorted, we find out Yuna has been kidnapped by the Al Bhed so me, Lulu and Kimahri must go and rescue her.

I’m so excited to start this playthrough of the very first Final Fantasy on PS2 and also my all time favourite PS2 game, Final Fantasy X. It has everything the earlier games had… a great story, an amazing soundtrack, brilliant characters, a great levelling system but with the addition of truly stunning graphics.
