We’ve got a date with Diamond weapon in today’s episode as he tries to destroy Midgar. Welcome back to the full walkthrough of my favourite game of all time, Final Fantasy 7. After Shinra’s attempt to blow up meteor failed, we’ve decided to head back to Cosmo Canyon to see if Bugenhagen can help. We store the 4 huge materia in Bugenhagen’s observatory and obtain the final summon Bahamut zero. Bugenhagen suggests we go back and visit the scene of Aeris’ death in the Forgotten City. After events unfold in the Forgotten City, we head back to the airship and find out Shinra are about to launch their new cannon, the Sister Ray, at Sephiroth’s barrier to try and destroy it. On our way back to Midgar we get into a fight with Diamond weapon, we give him a hammering but then he leaves to head out to Midgar. Just before he reaches Midgar, the Sister Ray of Shinra fires towards Sephiroth’s barrier and goes straight through Diamond weapon’s chest to finish him off for good.
