Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy has just had it’s released date announced by Activision, and it looks as though PS4 owners will be getting to play what looks to be a gorgeous HD remaster of the original 3 Crash games on June 30th.

Announced by Sony at last June at E3. and given a title at PSX in December the N.Sane Trilogy has been built completely from the ground up.

“This is a AAA remaster. We’re giving this the love and attention to detail that we pay to all of our AAA games. We’re building it using the original level geometry so that it plays as close to the original as possible.”

Only time will tell if Vacarious Visions, who have been developing the remaster, can capture the magic and the early Playstation classics. But from what we’ve seen so far, this very much has the potential to be one the best HD remakes seen to date.
