Deus Ex Mankind Divided got into some trouble earlier this year resulting the team over at Square Enix to delay the highly anticipated sequel to the Summer.

However, its only a couple weeks away until release, and the team over at Deus Ex wanted fans to know that the game won’t be getting another delay, but rather its officially going gold. Going gold means that the game is all set to release. Deus Ex Mankind Divided is set to release on August 23 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is the sequel to 2011’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and takes place two years after the events of that game. Players will reprise the role of Adam Jensen, who is now working for INTERPOL to investigate an increasing number of terrorist attacks taking place around the world.
