King Oddball is an indie game developed and published by 10tons Ltd; which can be described as a 2D Physical Puzzle. It was released back in 2014 for the PS4 but is now available on PC and the Xbox One.

The game lets you play as Oddball: a strange mysterious egg-like creature who swings through the sky and throws rocks by using his purple tongue – did I mention that he’s a king? Yes, because he wears a crown. What I really like about this game is that they have removed everything that has to do with scoring; there are no scores or stars that judge you and make you bang your head against the wall. Instead, you’ll be given simple compliments that vary from “Rather Good” to “Epic Win!” Also, the game has a lot of different modes like the Grenade Mode and the One Rock Mode. Overall the game is really fun and its music is fantastic with an interesting art style, I have no complaints about it.

King Oddball has over a hundred standard levels for you to play, and once you think it`s all over, BOOM! You discover a secret world with new levels so that you can play more, and more. King Oddball has a lot of secrets and hidden levels for you to find as you play through the game.

In the end, King Oddball is a good game that gives us a break from all these destroy-the-tower games and it is a great way to spend a few hours.
