Today I’ll be meeting my end as we take on the Hollow Knight final boss and complete out playthrough of this beautiful game.

This will be a full blind playthrough of this metroidvania classic. After collecting the dash cloak last time, I have the idea to head off to Fog canyon and see if it’ll get me past the black shadow barriers. My plan works and it leads us to the Teacher’s Archives while we find the 3rd and final dreamer… but not before we fight a boss, Uumuu, with the help of our mate Quirrel. A quick stop off at Greenpath and I discover the Overgrown Mound where we learn a new spell called Howling Wraiths. Finally we discover a brand new area that we don’t have a map for called the Queen’s Gardens. Conifer has left a note for us down there so we head back to Dirthmouth to visit his shop and buy the new map. Seen as we’re close we decide to pay a visit to the Black Egg Temple and that’s where things all get a bit heavy…
