MELTING THE SMELTER – Dark Souls 2 – Blind Playthrough | Part 30

Join me for today’s episode of our blind playthrough of Dark Souls 2. The 800 death challenge continues and after the recent live stream we’re now up to 499!!

So we’ve given ourselves an upgrade to the Bastard Sword and we’re heading back to a really tough place, the Iron Keep, to try to finish off the Smelter Demon once and for all.

After that it’s straight off to the Dragon Aerie to do some dragon slaying. We do get quite far and kill a massive dragon before meeting our match with an invader, Royal Sorcerer Navlaan. Seen as we’re back at a bonfire it sounds like a good chance to go and upgrade our weapon and repair all of our broken equipment.

Now that we are fully equipped and upgraded as much as we can, we are ready to head back in, and kill Royal Sorcerer Navlaan but we’ll do that next time.
