PlayStation Now is coming to PC along with a wireless PC adapter for the Dualshock 4

Sony has just announced in a blog post that PlayStation Now is coming to Windows and Mac at a yet to be determined date. It is scheduled to “launch overseas in parts of Europe soon and will come to North America shortly after”. The blog post mentions that “current subscribers have a new way to access PS now’s library” so it looks like existing subscribers will be able to play PlayStation games on their PC’s. The necessary Specs to access PS Now are fairly basic requiring Windows 7 or higher, 3.5 ghz intel core i3 or 3.8 ghz AMD or higher to access.

Sony also announced a wireless adapter to connect a Dualshock 4 to your PC. Sony is looking to launch this adapter for $24.99 in September. I like that Sony is making a push for PC players but it’s hard to say how successful it will actually be with so many other alternatives to choose from. Still, it will be pretty great to play God Of War or Uncharted on my work computer instead of working. I mean uhh… back to work!
