Is this the episode where Ryo gets the girl?

Welcome to a FULL playthrough of Sega’s greatest game and indeed possibly the best game ever made, a timeless classic from the Dreamcast, Shenmue.

We start the episode dreaming of Lan Di again as we’ve just found out the night before that Lan Di is still in Japan. On our lunch break at work we see Goro being beaten up, then chase the Mad Angels away only to walk into a trap. After we beat them up, one of the guys says next time they’re gonna be coming after our friends and family.

Mark at the docks tells us the big black market deal is called the Long Zha and should be happening in the next few days. The old man at the harbor warns us away from getting into trouble with the Mad Angels and teaches us a new move called the Cross Charge.

The next day at work we complete our full forklift collection and find out at lunch time that Goro and Mai are getting married!! We catch up with Tony and Smith in the afternoon and have to chase down Tony to get information about Terry, the leader of the Mad Angels.

Guizhang leaves us a note warning us that the Mad Angels are after us and after a chat with him and Master Chen we agree to back off for now and not get involved.

That same night we go for a wlak in the middle of the night and Ine-San tells us that Nozomi is missing, then we get a phone call from Chai telling us to come to the docks or they’re gonna hurt her.

A short motorbike mini game later, we’re down at the docks at 4am fighting our way through the Mad Angels until we get face to face with Terry. He agrees to let us go with Nozomi and to arrange a meeting with Lan Di for us as long as we injure Guizhang badly so he can’t walk anymore… we have no choice but to accept for now.

We end the episode with a beautiful cutscene taking Nozomi home, probably my favourite of the whole game which includes the song, Wish.
